Grain of Thought
While I never expected to be here, here we are, because the Universe said so... Right here and now, in this moment, these words are being put out into the universe with clear intention, to share what I know to be true about us and this experience of earthly life. As I mentioned in this earlier post, Because the Universe Said So, I was planning to launch a new website, and while this new site comes across as any other life coaching website might, the intention behind it is nothing of the sort, and above all else, intention matters, and it’s intention is simply to help me fulfill my purpose in this life, to serve others who are ready to begin intentionally and consciously writing the story of their own life, in more dramatic terms, to wake up from the dream that has become their prison.
Make no mistake, your life is a story and it is your story, the only question is whether that story is conscious or unconscious, intentional or unintentional. This whole thing certainly falls within the category of so called “life coaching”, but I am not a huge fan of that term, not even a huge fan of the word “coach” to be honest, yet I have not found a word that better captures the totality of what I do. That said, I have landed on consciousness coaching, because that seems to better capture it all, coach, guide, and teacher, all of which are wrapped up in what I do.
This is not something that can be given for free, even though it is all within each of us to discover on our own, it can only be obtained through an energetic exchange, in other words it must be earned. This entire existence, so called reality, is nothing more than one infinite energetic field, all one must do is study some quantum physics with an open mind and look past the world of matter and stuff to see such truth. Everything, even the ether of empty space is made up of something, within that ether of nothingness arrives something, energy comes together to create stuff. Money is no different, it is simply energy like everything else. The exchange of money and the investment in oneself is an energetic exchange that sets into motion events that we cannot understand, committing oneself to such an exchange overcomes the first obstacle to the life we desire, and that is the commitment to oneself to make the change. The information is out there, freely available to anyone who might look, I have nothing to teach that is a secret, in fact it is already within you, deep down you know the truth, and nothing is stopping anyone from putting it into use, what it really comes down to is the desire for expansion.
I consider the financial investment to be the first challenge to the commitment required, a challenge to the current story, a barrier to entry if you will, I have a made a conscious choice, that I am not for everyone. I only want to work with people that are ready, and because of this I have decided that I won’t do individual coaching sessions with anyone, unless they have completed a full program with me, because what they really desire, is unlikely to happen in one session, and I don’t want to give anyone false hope. This choice I have made may certainly limit the financial success of the endeavor, but that was never part of the intention to begin with, this is about quality over quantity. This is about outcomes, results, not the number of people that enroll, nor financial returns.
Some of you maybe wondering about the name, Grain of Thought, well the name just came to me one day during meditation, consider it a divine moment of connection with what is. This universe, which we are inseparable from, is made up of pattern, endless beautiful pattern, the we closer look, the more pattern we find. These patterns are the threads that holds the fabric of the universe together, and they show up everywhere. Consider the pattern in the grain of wood, sometimes it is perfectly straight, sometimes wavy, sometimes it gets all tangled up in a knot, but all of it is perfect, it’s beautiful, it is the pattern that we love about wood, without the pattern it would just be plastic, it is never the same, we can understand the entire nature of the universe in it, it is the very pattern of life itself. Within the minds and thoughts of conscious beings, us, these patterns exist as well, our thoughts are much like the grain in wood, sometimes they flow straight, sometimes erratic, sometimes they get tied up in a knot and we get stuck, but just like the wood, they are all perfect and beautiful. Within this understanding Grain of Thought came forth and found me. My objective as a coach, guide, and teacher is to help people learn to see these patterns of universe in their own thoughts, recognize these within themselves, and begin working with them, appreciate them for what they are, as the means to open mind up to its true nature, what it is, conscious energy.
That is why I landed on consciousness coaching; it really is the thing. It is the key element within each of us we must learn to unlock. It holds our limitless potential, the very essence of the universe itself. So long as we are living within our story of unintentional thoughts and behaviors, limiting beliefs, judgements about ourselves and others, our consciousness stays locked away within us. I have come to understand and know that it, consciousness, is what we are, we are the conscious energy of the entire universe, and within that understanding lies our limitless potential, it quite simply comes down to how much you unlock from within and how much faith you have that it is so. Whatever it is you desire in this life, be it relationships, peace, joy, confidence, money, success, fame, family, you name it, it is all energy, and it is yours for the taking by unlocking the power of your consciousness.
As I write all these words and bring this to a close, I can’t help but feel so grateful, for this path that found me, but also the relationships that reflected back to me what I needed to see along the way. My family at Chakrana in Puerto Vallarta: Jessica, Jorge, Sofia, Nirel, Jaya, Naomi, and Olivia, no words could ever adequately express my feelings for you, it is through each of you, that I found and see what I needed within myself to make everything come to life. My guide and teacher, Kevin, it was his wisdom, guidance, and knowledge that initially unlocked this door for me, as well as teaching me how to hold space and guide others. Last but certainly not least my daughters, Maya and Karaline, for it was you that inspired me to open up to what I always knew I was, but could never seem to find. So grateful you chose me to be your father! While I can’t name everyone, rest assured, if you are in my life, you are part of all this is ways you will never fully understand, because each of you showed me exactly what I needed at exactly the right moment. It is complete perfection in all possible ways.
